All rebuild pricing below reflects the cost of labor and parts only.  All shipping costs are additional.  WI sales tax rate is 5.1% for in-state sales.  Return shipping costs typically are $125.00-$150.00 for insured FedEx Ground shipping, packaging and materials.

If you are interested in only purchasing the parts listed in each staged rebuild and doing the transmission rebuild yourself, subtract $280.00 from the staged rebuild price for the parts cost.  All shipping costs are additional, and WI in-state sales are subject to 5.1% sales tax.

Stage #1 Transmission Rebuild:                $1080.00

    The Stage #1 rebuild is a basic street/strip rebuild for the following applications:
     *1991-1999 DSM turbo FWD 5-speed transmission
     *1991-1994 DSM non-turbo 2.0L FWD 5-speed transmissions

    The Stage #1 rebuild includes an upgraded NEW double synchro 2nd gear and necessary parts to repair 1st/2nd gear shifting issues along with all new synchros on drive
    gears.  The front differential is also disassembled and rebuilt.  The replacement parts are OEM Mitsubishi parts unless stated otherwise:

Stage #3 Transmission Rebuild:                              $2150.00

    The Stage #3 transmission rebuild is the most popular performance buildup and is capable of handling 400-450HP.  A NEW Intermediate Shaft is included in this buildup.      This is the highest buildup for the FWD transmission without upgrading to an AWD transmission upgrade package modified for use in a FWD application.

    **The Cryo-Treatment and Shot-peening options are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for power levels above 400HP to increase longevity     and torque capacity.  As well, an aftermarket front differential is a must for high horsepower FWD applications**

Stage #4 Transmission AWD TO FWD Conversion:  $4600.00

    The Stage #4 transmission rebuild is recommended for customers making over 500WHP in a FWD configuration.  This Buildup consists of a BRAND NEW AWD (Specify 1G     or 2G) transmission assembly modified for use in a FWD application and INCLUDES a Quaife ATB Helical Front Differential.  Other driveline conversion parts are required     to utilize this race transmission and it is the customer's responsibility to research the parts required for using an AWD modified transmission in a FWD vehicle.
 
    The AWD to FWD transmission conversion starts with all new parts, and then has the following parts added to handle power levels above the Stage 3 rebuild:
